These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of antssecurity.com (the "Site"), operated by ANTS Technology, Inc., doing business as ANTS Security ("ANTS Security," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of This Site
This Site provides information about ANTS Security's alarm, video surveillance, access control, and monitoring services, and allows you to request a free assessment or quote. Submitting the contact form does not create a service contract — actual installation, monitoring, or other security services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and ANTS Security.
Licensing
ANTS Security is licensed by the State of Texas as a security services contractor, License #B32302601, in accordance with the Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702 and its implementing rules under 37 Texas Administrative Code §35.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact form
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Use the Site to transmit any harmful code or unsolicited advertising
No Guarantee of Response Time or Security Outcomes
While we strive to respond promptly to inquiries, submission of the contact form does not guarantee any particular response time. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee that any alarm, surveillance, access control, or monitoring system will prevent all instances of theft, break-in, property damage, or other loss — no security system can offer such a guarantee.
